Two New Releases

First New Release

So a few months ago I was asked to take a spot in a new anthology series, which had not yet been announced. The title of the series is Alt.History and I can't tell you how excited I am to be a part of the first release: Alt.History 101. Check out this cover:

Isn't it beautiful? Yes I think it it, but wait until you read what is inside. The idea behind this series is "What if..." That is, each author is writing what the world would be life if something in our history had happened differently (don't worry, there are no "Hitler won" stories in there). I have to admit feeling a little outclassed by all the great authors in this collection.

My own entry is titled Eighth Amendment and considers what would have happened if the US Supreme Court had made a different decision about the death penalty back in the 1970s. The story, however, is set in current day, where reality TV has taken over our airways (OK, this last part really happened). I encourage you to head on over to Amazon and pick up a copy for yourself. Good news, the photo of the cover is also a link to the book. Aren't I clever?

Second New Release

Earlier this year I released something new for me, a fantasy title: Where Dragons Lie. I did not intend to write more to the story. However, several people who read the story told me they were particularly interested in knowing more about one of the side characters, the dragonslayer's daughter. I am one to please, so I gave Athelina her own story, and let me tell you, it is one of my finest. Even people who loved Where Dragon's Lie had to admit The Dragonslayer's Daughter was even better. Please, check it out (and look at that, the picture is a link again...still clever.)

Thank you for reading and please support all authors by buying, reading, and reviewing good books, no matter how they were published.

Take care,

Thomas Robins
